I liked you better with your homemade haircut

I'm just home from Carrick, my second home. My mam is also home from Spain, this makes me super happy, the house always seems so empty without her. This weekend was major fun, me&Darren to see LaFaro on Thursday, they're pretty awesome, have to give their album a listen..think it's on my ipod somewhere, nice&heavy stuff! Friday, Sanzkrit and ttmr were playing in the Store, I was beaming with pride-Darren plays in Sanzkrit and Joe my bffl plays in ttmr. Myself&Alex hungout 'backstage' like the groupies we are and had a giggle at Joe on stage with his broken robot wrist and his tambo :) Saturday I was working at 7am which was pretty horrible but I got the 6pm bus to Dublin to meet the lovelaaaaay Fiona and her boyfriend Ross, they're such a fun pretty couple, we walked and drank and chatted and finally made our way to Whelans to see the amazing Ham Sandwich, Darren was working with them so afterwards we spat out the confetti and all went back stage to drink more vodksy, make fun of super cool indie kids and eat white chocolate fingers. It was an enjoyable weekend <3
